EXPERIENCE INSTINCT-BASED SELF-DEFENSE WITH OUR SELF DEFENSE INSTRUCTION IN HUDSON

We offer the best self defense instruction because we have the most talented instructors who have the right skills to meet your goals i.e., safety, fitness, strength, coordination, and agility.

In our classes, we strive to show our members how to defend themselves with proper mindset, and simple, effective skills. We have a well managed and highly balanced student to instructor ratio so that every trainee gets adequate attention and can master the skills with perfection.

BE SAFE IN ANY SITUATION WITH THE AID OF OUR SELF DEFENSE INSTRUCTION

Our Self Defense program is highly popular with families, community groups, and large businesses. We present seminars at our facility or your place. In these seminars, we teach a "safe escape" mentality- preventing a situation from escalating to the point of physical confrontation.

When a situation hits the physical level, you will learn how to neutralize the perpetrator and keep you (and your family) safe. We also do workshops to support local organizations like Domestic Violence Survivors, TurningPoint and other worthy causes.

While these seminars are designed to help you develop a better understanding for Self-Protection along with simple Self-Defense techniques, it is important to realize that a two+ hour seminar is not a replacement for continued training and practice in a professional environment such as one of our scheduled Aikido, BJJ, or Cane Jitsu classes.
