Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) FAQs:

1.      Does it hurt?

  • Yes. I’d love to say no, and in working with one of the founders of RPR, we have improved techniques and equipment that achieves better results with less pain. Less pain= less stress= better response from your system.

2.      How often do I need to have a treatment?

  • Usually if a person keeps up on their drills (provided after your first appointment)- 3-6 months. If there is a setback from an injury, I offer ½ price on the tuneup session to get you back on track.

3.      How does RPR work

  • Dangerous compensation patterns (sympathetic) may cause acute and chronic injury and affect how we operate daily. RPR basically is a reset back to factory settings for your body (parasympathetic performance).
