Combat Conditioning

 

Our combat conditioning class is designed to help any person develop the ability to fight as hard as they can for 3-5 minutes. In a self-defense situation, it is vital that you don’t become exhausted. Many of our BJJ and MMA competitors use this class to give them an edge in their cardio conditioning. Many of our students that are law enforcement professionals come to this class because it will help them in a life or death situation. Many of our members come to the class just because its an amazing workout and will push your fitness to a new level. In this class you will perform high intensity bodyweight exercises, weight exercises, plyometrics (jump training), cardiovascular training, bag and pad training, core training and breath control training. You can come to this class regardless of your fitness level. The instructors and other members want to help you succeed! Work as hard as you can and you will see incredible results. This class is free to all MCFM members.
