Valerie Kindschy

Valerie comes to us after receiving her massage therapy certification from the Aveda Institute.  She has been a member of MCFM's group fitness classes for 2 years.  Valerie is certified and excels in everything from Swedish technique, to Sport Massage to Deep Tissue work.

Mary (Bakken) Pagel  

Mary is a life-long Hudson area resident and drives a school bus in her spare time (since 1992).  She graduated from Globe College – MN School of Health Science for Massage Therapy in December 2003 with highest honors.  Her specialty is Swedish massage but is certified in 8 different massage styles.  Mary’s office hours are Mondays & Thursdays 9:30am – 1:30pm and 5:30pm – 10:00pm (last appointment at 9pm).  Give her a call at 715-222-2187 to set up an appointment or drop in during office hours.
