July 25th 2009 - 2nd Annual St. Croix Grappling Games

MCFM will host the 2nd Annual St. Croix Grappling Games on July 25th 2009.  This is a Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Submission Wrestling Tournament.  $20 per entry if paid before July 13th, 2009.  $25 after July 13th.  Winners in Kids and Adult divisions will receive medals (1st though 3rd place).  Winners in the absolute division (Kids and Adults) will receive engraved samurai swords as prizes (1st through 3rd places).  Click the "read more" link below to download the information and registration package in PDF format (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader).   For questions and other information: call Mike at 651.308.8673

Located in Hudson WI, (next to the Hudson Hockey Arena) The Midwest Center for Movement is the premiere martial arts and wellness training facility in the St. Croix River Valley. We are the only place you can find Traditional Martial Arts in Hudson or the surrounding area!
We believe that "the martial arts are for everyone, but not every martial art is for everyone". That is why we offer 5 different martial arts taught by professional, internationally certified instructors.  In order to maintain their purity and tradition, each art is taught separately by instructors that specialize in their respective art.  Students can specialize in one art, or train in any art they choose at any time.  We have a full line of work out equipment, cardio equipment, and dumbells. We also offer fun group fitness classes such as; Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing, Bag Boxing, Stability Ball and BodySculpting. Meditation, Nutrition, Massage, and Chiropractic Care with Dr. Pat Kolashinski round out our services.  Why go anywhere else?
